That's why we've put together this list of healthy lunch meals that you can prep at home and bring with you to work on any day of the week:
2 tbsp mashed yam
1 shallow plate of dark green leaves
Broccoli and sautéed peppers
1 medium fillet of grilled fish with cherry tomatoes
1 can of light tuna without water
2 medium potatoes cooked and chopped with champignon, 1/2 tomato and chopped broccoli
1 medium eggplant stuffed with soybeans
1 plate of dark green leaves, asparagus and tomato
2 tbsp canned corn
2 tablespoons of carrot puree
Eggplant and peppers sautéed as much as you feel like
1 large fillet of grilled turkey breast.

2 tbsp mashed pumpkin
3 slices of roast beef
